It is time for our Nordic Executive Survey, a yearly study looking at current trends in professional life. The purpose of the study is to get a better understanding of the working life and practices of Nordic executives.

The theme of the last survey was Leading Change and this year we want to continue in that vein by looking more closely at how organisations and leaders are moving towards flatter structures. Structures where decisions have to be made quickly and by more people, structures where speed is a clear competitive advantage. So, this year’s theme is Creating a Self-Directed Organisation where we look into ten different aspects on this theme.

This is a unique Nordic survey among executives on the effects of current trends in professional life. Almost 1,000 people responded to the survey last year.
